Soccer Inter Miami vs CF Montréal

Sunday, October 9th, the last match of the MLS regular season was played in Miami, pitting Inter Miami against CF Montreal at the DRV PNK Stadium.

We were there!

The stadium can accommodate about 18,000 people. It is located in a large vacant lot that serves as a parking lot, right next to a small airport and only 15 minutes from our condo. The stadium is brand new, it was inaugurated in 2020. In terms of parking, there is really room for improvement. It is a real potato field where it is every man for himself. In short, a real mess.

There were not many Montreal supporters but we still found a few. They spoke much more Spanish than English in the stands.

We were very lucky because the weather was quite overcast when we arrived, then the rain started during the game but it stopped during the game. On the other hand, it was terribly hot. It doesn't show in the pictures, but it was really hot!

Finally, Montreal won the game 3-1, much to the despair of the Miami fans. But to our great pleasure!
